AYAANA Apparels is specialized for Woven, knit, Under Garments and Footwear. AYAANA Apparels is suppling garments for Men’s, Ladies, Boys, Girls and Babies the all kids of Garments product. We are offering to customer from our Design house as well we are ready to develop according to customer design.

SOURCING & DEVELOPMENT DEPT.

The department are responsible for correct Fabric & trims sourcing as per Customer requirement, Sample making as per Buyer requirement or tech pack as well price settle with Customer and to ensure all support to the Customer by the related dept. up to reach goods Customer destination.

PRODUCTION DEPT.

The department are responsible for Production planning, Production take care, on time production Complete as well to reach target delivery date. Also he / she is the responsible for daily production report.

SHIPPING & BANKING DEPT

The department are responsible for all the process documents Like – PI, LC, Import Documents, Export Documents as well related papers.

COMPLIANCE DEPT. / CSR DEPT.

The department are responsible for all the documentation & implement social responsibility as per Customer requirements and also the responsible to apply in Manufacturing Unit what have customer requirements as well continue to grow up the demand that helps a company be socially accountable— to itself, its stakeholders, and the public.

QUALITY DEPT

The department are responsible for PP Meeting, Size set meeting, Fabric & Trims quality check, In-line Inspection, Daily Base quality follow up, Pre final Inspection as well total quality as per customer requirement / standard.

MERCHANDISING DEPT.

The department are responsible from Order rcvd to delivery all the merchandising process Like – Style brief, Sampling, Approval, Booking, Fabric & Trims In-house, on time delivery Ensure, Good quality Ensure, Correct Shipping Documents Ensure.

INSPECTION DEPT

The department are responsible for Final Inspection as well he/ she will conduct as a third party Inspector. He / she is the responsible for the Final Quality Issue.
